Request Temporary Admin Access

You will be provided temporary increased privileges for 3 days. Back in the mobile app, sign out of your account (Menu -> Account -> Log Out) then close the app and re-launch and sign in again. You will see an orange icon in the lower right hand corner of the home screen. Tap this to access a scanner that will find your BILGE-B-DRY and provide you the device ID. Record this ID and save it for connecting. Attempt to connect to your BILGE-B-DRY again, this time entering the device ID into the Manual Entry field then tapping the Connect button.
